Procedure steps
Step Action
1
Click Configuration > Resources > Dial Up Interfaces.
2 On the Dial-out Interfaces tab, select the interface to connect.
3 Select the Enable check box.
4 In the IP Address Specification tab, specify the remote IP address to
which to connect.
5 In the top panel, click Connect.

Disconnecting a modem interface
Use the following procedure to disconnect a modem interface.

1
Click Configuration > Resources > Dial Up Interfaces.
2 On the Dial-out Interfaces tab, select the interface to disconnect.
3 Click Disconnect.
A confirmation dialog box will appear.
4 Click Yes.
