If you are the Instant Conference initiator, you cannot join an Instant Conference that is already in

progress.

1. Navigate to the Instant Conferencing pane.

2. Scroll to the entry for the Instant Conference that you want to join.

3. Select Menu, Join Now.

4. Press # when you are prompted.

If the Instant Conference is in progress, you join it. If the Instant Conference has ended, you receive an

error message.

If you select Join Later when the Instant Conference starts, you receive periodic reminders to participate in

the call. You can select Yes to join the Instant Conference or No to be reminded again at a later time. To

configure the reminder notification interval, see “IM/Call settings” on page 28.

Manage an Instant Conference with the Dialpad

The Instant Conference initiator can use the dialpad to access Instant Conference features. A limited set of

these features is available to the Instant Conference participants. See “Instant Conference dialpad

controls” on page 65.
