C-TAP Computerized Telephony Applications Platform. Hardware and
software that provides an open and integrated environment for
enhanced call processing, call/data delivery and other call center-
related applications in client/server installations.
Integration of the C-TAP system into an existing data and
telecommunication environment is enhanced by the availability of a
wide selection of telephony and host computer connectivity and
multiple LAN interfaces. The C-TAP system also integrates
seamlessly with the Avaya MPS to provide enhanced call/data
delivery capabilities for calls transferred from the IVR system.
