Enabling the Opaque Capability on an Interface
By default, if you have enabled the OSPF opaque capability globally, the feature is
turned on for each OSPF interface. You can use Site Manager to set the state of the
opaque capability as required.
Site Manager Procedure
You do this System responds
1. In the Configuration Manager window,
choose
Protocols
.
The Protocols menu opens.
2. Choose
IP
. The IP menu opens.
3. Choose
OSPF/MOSPF
. The OSPF menu opens.
4. Choose
Interfaces
. The Edit OSPF Interfaces window opens.
5. Set the
Opaque On
parameter. Click on
Help
or see the parameter description on
page A-37.
6. Click on
Apply
, and then click on
Done
. You return to the Configuration Manager
window.
