BCMS Vu
Server Basics
Status Bar 2
The status bar displays a brief description of menu commands when the
commands are highlighted by the mouse pointer, and displays a description
of a toolbar button when the mouse pointer is positioned over the button.
The status bar also has two status indicators:
Delete
Records
Deletes old records from the database
Repair
Database
Performs maintenance on the historical
database
Connect Establishes a connection to a switch
Disconnect Breaks the connection to a switch
Help Topics Opens Online Help
Download
Status
When data is being downloaded from the DEFINITY
system, this indicator displays status messages
relating to the download.
