4 In the Prompts area, click Load Prompt.
A message appears warning that IVR will restart after the prompt is loaded.
5 Click OK to continue.
A window opens in which you can specify the location of the prompt you want to upload.
6 Use the Look in, File name, and File type fields to navigate to the .mmi file.
7 Click Open.
A message appears that asks you to confirm your choice.
The .mmi file uploads to the Avaya BCM.
8 Click OK.
9 Use the Look in, File name, and File type fields to navigate to the .mmd file.
10 Click Open.
A message appears that asks you to confirm your choice.
The .mmd file uploads to the Avaya BCM.
Note: You must upload the .mmi first and then the .mmd file.
