Procedure steps
Step Action
1 In the packet capture, look for the HTTP POST request from the
client that contains the directory search request.
2 If the HTTP POST request is not present, check the
configuration of LDAP server URL.
3 Check for the Avaya 3100 Mobile Communicator Gateway bind
with the LDAP server.
4 If the Avaya 3100 Mobile Communicator Gateway does not
bind with the LDAP server, check the configuration of LDAP
username and password.
5 In the packet capture, look for the LDAP query request results.
