Configuring WAN Line Services

Accessing Line Parameters with Configuration Manager
This section describes how to access the Site Manager windows that contain
physical layer (line) services for the configured circuits on a Bay Networks router.
To access line parameters:
1. From the Site Manager main window, select Tools > Configuration
Manager; then select the local or remote configuration file for the router.
The Configuration Manager window appears (F
igure 1-1).

Note: This guide assumes that you are working with a router configuration file
that already contains the appropriate WAN circuits for the hardware
configuration. See Configuring Routers for information about adding circuits
to a configuration file.
Note: For many circuit types, you can bypass Steps 2 through 5 by clicking on
the configured connector in the Configuration Manager window, and then
clicking on Edit Line in the popup window.
