Function: Enables or disables data error detection for each character transmitted or
received.
Instructions: Use the 2 (Odd) or 3 (Even) setting to enable data error detection. Use the
1 (None) setting to disable data error detection.

transmitted by the router. Selecting option 2 (1.5 stop bits) for any
AN/ANH series router defaults to option 3 (2 stop bits).
