Customizing DVMRP

Logging Debugging Messages
By default, DVMRP does not log debugging messages. You can use Site Manager
to enable the logging of debugging messages and to specify the level of debug
messages.
Site Manager Procedure
You do this System responds
1. In the Configuration Manager window,
choose Protocols.
The Protocols menu opens.
2. Choose IP. The IP menu opens.
3. Choose Multicast. The Multicast menu opens.
4. Choose DVMRP. The DVMRP menu opens.
5. Choose Global. The DVMRP Global Configuration
window opens.
6. Set the Debug Level parameter. Click on
Help or see the parameter description on
page A-5.
7. Click on Save. You return to the Configuration Manager
window.
