Setting the MCT1 Line Type
Select one of the following line types (frame formats) for your T1 equipment:
For ESF lines, you can also set the FDL mode. See “Setting the FDL Mode for
ESF Line Types” later in this chapter.
For more information on these frame formats, see “Setting the T1 Frame Type” in
Chapter 6.
Using the BCC
To change the line type, navigate to the mct1 prompt (for example,
box
;
mct1/1/1
)
and type:
port-line-framing
variable
For example:
mct1/1/1#
port-line-framing sf
