Rebooting the Ethernet DCM

After you finish modifying Ethernet DCM configuration parameters, you must

reboot the Ethernet DCM for these changes to take effect. You do this by

reenabling the Ethernet DCM.

To reboot the Ethernet DCM, complete the following steps:

Site Manager Procedure

You do this System responds

1. In the Configuration Manager window,

choose

Platform

The Platform menu opens.

2. Choose

DCM 11.0 and later

. The DCM 11.0 and Later menu opens.

3. Choose

Global.

The Global menu opens.

4. Choose

Base Module DCM

Expansion Module DCM

The Edit Base Module DCM Parameters

window or the Edit Expansion Module

DCM Parameters window opens.

5. Set the

Enable/Disable

parameter to

Enable

. Click on

Help

or see the

parameter description on page A-2.

6. Click on

. You return to the Configuration Manager

window.
