Parameter: Num Restarts ReXmitted
Default: 3
Range: 1 to 100
Function: Defines the number of RESTART messages retransmitted before the link
is considered down.
Instructions: Accept the default, 3, or enter a value from 1 to 100.

Function: Defines the number of STATUS ENQUIRY messages retransmitted
before the link is considered down.

Parameter: Num Messages/Sec for Call Pacing
Default: 2
Range: 0 to 2147483647
Function: Defines the maximum number of signaling messages the interface can
transmit per second.
