• Extended IP Softphone 2050 telephony functionality such as the Call Recording

feature is NOT accessible from this feature

> Convenience of Drag and Drop Dialing

• Ability to Drag and Drop (or copy and paste) a number onto the Call Control

Window (the display) to dial it

• Supported from MS Outlook, Word, Excel applications
